American Amber Ale hopped with Willamette (will-am-it), the most widely grown hop in America giving it a  mildly spicy aroma that’s quite pleasant 4.8% ABV 33 IBUs

Coldfoot Pilsner

This marriage between Bohemian and German Pilsner is hopped with noble German and Czech varietals. The fight golden hue comes from ‘the use of Plzen malt and offers an effervescence that starts and finishes crisp and clean. 5.6 ABV 30 IBUs

Fairbanks Lager

Our amber-hued Munich-Vienna Lager hopped with traditional noble hops complementing the slight caramel aroma· of six different malts giving it a soft and elegant finish. 5,6% ABV 18 IBUs

Pick Axe Porter

This moderately sweet, deep ruby-hued ale has a satisfying and rich malty flavor. Cascade hops from the Pacific Northwest enhance the distinctive citric aroma. 4.8 ABV 25 IBUs

Red Flag IPA

American-style IPA brewed with. American 2-Row, Rye, and a  touch of deeply-roasted malts to impart a deep-red tint and malt depth that balance the massive hop additions. The high alcohol content is offset with Amarillo, Columbus and Citra hops from the Pacific Northwest and then dry-hopped with more Cascade hops; this beer is un-filtered to retain the subtle yeast, malt notes a· and huge hop aroma. 7.8% ABV 85 IBU’s

Our 20th Anniversary Oktoberfest is a classic malty style with a soft complex and elegant taste. A blend of Munich, Vienna, and Pilsner malt Hopped with Czech Saaz hops. and lagered with a Bavarian yeast blend. 7.7% ABV 25 IBU’s

An imperial Stout with an intense flavor of bittersweet chocolate along with a hint of raisins and dates. Full-bodied with a luscious: and velvety texture.

lliamna Tart Raspberry Ale

Our re-formulation of this historic Alaska beer is made to be nearly gluten-free with the use of white Sorghum, apple juice, and raspberries. Tasty and quite Tart!

Old 55

American Pale Ale, an Alaskan classic, expresses a fruity malty character from the use of American malt and aromatic Pacific Northwest hops. Copper·color balances with the Citra arid Cascade hops that give it a distinct citric aroma, fermented Pacific Northwest yeast.

Tundra Apple Ale (limited availability)

Sparklingly clear with an ·aroma and flavor of crisp green apples. You’ll think you are enjoying a dry cider, but Tundra Apple Al’e is actually an ale brewed with apples, white sorghum, and apple juice for a crisp, dry, semi-sweet finish that is nearly gluten-free.* A remarkably refreshing and crisp brew.

Crunkberry Sour

This unique and intoxicating brew is made with fresh Alaskan Crunkberries, the predominant forage of the majestic and elusive Arctic Naugalope, Which was hunted to extinction in the early 80s for its supple naugahide (sic). This sour ale with fruit is brewed with a blend of Lambie yeast and Brettanomyces, and has a rich, intense. ‘sweet/tart’ character with hints of berry, cinnamon, and coriander. 10.9% ABV 7.4 IBUs
